To all those in search of a new career path, re-entering the work force, or simply want to create their vision of the "American Dream",
The Action Foundation of America calls you to ACT in your own best interest! Be a part of the revitalization efforts being made by our foundation to create new jobs and business opportunities in CT and throughout the U.S.

We are an Equal Opportunity employer.  Many employers can be discriminatory in their hiring practices.  They can use divisive methodology and tactics to create a classist work environment and society as a whole, this unfortunately leaves many hard working individuals without access to their idea of the American dream.  Some are discriminated against because of poor credit ratings, some because of being unemployed for a long period of time, some may have criminal backgrounds,  and sometimes employers use a combination of reasons to disqualify and discriminate against an individual.  We will not discriminate against prospective employees and intend to offer jobs to individuals based upon skill and excellent work ethic alone.  We believe in the idea that no one should be held victim to their circumstance, and that people deserve a chance to succeed, and the opportunity to make success a reality!

_I am Anthony Williams, President and founder of T.A.F.A.A. (The Action Foundation of America Alliance).  I was compelled to start this foundation after witnessing several injustices which took place in this country.  The first being the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, when American citizens were treated like refugees with no place to call home and no one to count on for help. The second crisis came three years later with the housing bubble bursting and suddenly Main St. had to take the fall for Wall St, and more citizens were thrust into unemployment, homelessness and poverty. People have lost hope in their ability to find good jobs and provide for their families.   I felt compelled to act, and felt it my duty to make necessary changes, thus The Action Foundation of America Alliance was born.  The foundation was erected in 2006, but we were not fully registered and could not help out with any fundraising duties.  Now we are fully registered and ready to tackle two of America's most pressing issues: unemployment and poverty.  Our mission is to create jobs by purchasing land and property for business opportunities, and eliminating the red tape and excessive and unnecessary regulations that people are subjected to when trying to make changes for the better. 77% of employees in America are underpaid.  We will provide salaries that our employees can be proud of, income that will allow them to properly provide for themselves and their families, and thus, they will re-create their idea of the American Dream. We will bring first-rate manufacturing jobs, and quality retail jobs, no cheap labor.  We encourage young adults, college graduates, those with no secondary education, adults of any age, (thanks to beautiful people like Betty White, who have proven time and time again that age doesn’t mean anything,) We welcome veterans, ex-cons, ex-gang members and ex-drug dealers, it is a fact that ex-offenders, when given sufficient opportunities,  can turn their lives around, many in the music industry are clear examples of this.  Some of these groups are not being trained and hired, we will train you!   As we begin these efforts to create jobs, the snowball effect will be felt within our communities as well.  People with jobs and futures don't need to be on street corners creating "bad neighborhoods" they will be too busy being proud to earn a living using their skill rather than violence.  Those with no hope, who thought they had no other alternatives will be trained and put to work, thus safer communities will be developed as a result.  This will be an ongoing process in CT, one day and one job at a time! Other states will follow this example, with the help of the public and other foundations who will make an alliance with us.   Beginning in Connecticut we start our first important project, The Connecticut Midway Center.

_ Project name: The Connecticut Midway Center

_ Accessible North and Southbound on Interstate 91, at exit 46 in Enfield, Connecticut will be the location of the Connecticut Midway Center.  On 1559 King Street, the CMC will be a 183,700+sq ft service and entertainment center which will be home to multiple new businesses and will create thousands of good paying jobs. We are in the process of purchasing this property to transform this structure into a successful service/entertainment center, which will serve people from surrounding states like Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey on a daily basis. This means millions of visitors and hundreds of millions of dollars yearly in profits that will help us to create more businesses and jobs throughout other cities and towns in Connecticut and other states. It will take $62 million to get this project completed. This amount is for the purchase of the property, for 30 contractors and their crew, who through the foundation, will train 300 people that we will hire from Connecticut’s inner cities and towns, to start for this project alone. This program will be the first and most determined of it's kind to bring new builders in through the foundation to start putting these businesses together.  We will have many projects throughout Connecticut, therefore we will have an almost unlimited number of jobs.  The town of Enfield is first. This is a new dawn; business as usual is no more. We tell the truth when we say equal opportunity for all American citizens. To all able: mind and body, if applicants are willing to be trained and work, then we will hire you on the spot, with good pay and good benefits. The first states to take part in this intiative will be: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Nevada and California. These states including Puerto Rico have the highest potential to close the gap and help bring an end to unemployment and poverty in our society. We will make alliances everywhere.

__ TAFAA will set up fundraisers, concerts, and other activities all around Connecticut and eventually in all states.  Please stay tuned for fundraising activity
announcements. We need support from every Church  (all faiths), Synagogues, The American Legion, The VFW, the Entertainment World, biking clubs/associations  and all who believe in our mission, please support our fundraisers.  Correctional Institutions, Insurance Companies, Banks and clients of Wall Street, we need your contributions.  Everyone in Connecticut and Nationwide.
